My family and I have had many excellent meals at this restaurant for many years now. It looks very nice and stylish inside with a good seating plan, not squashed up together, so a nice place to take a loved one. Every thing is very clean and tidy, excellent bathroom. The only negative I would give is that some of the seats are stained, leather would have been better for the covering as easily wiped down. You will be greeted as soon as you enter, always warm with a smile, they really do make you feel welcome. The food has for me always been excellent, try the king prawn dishes. The food is very fresh and well presented, the wine list is good and not to pricey, if its a special night, try The Pink Champagne named Cattery priced at around £29..Excellent.
They have 2 owners one is the Chef, the other owner is Ali (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) Ali is always on hand to help in any way, he makes sure every thing runs perfect. The food and service is good value for money, they do special deals for Sunday lunch, a good time to take the children. They also have Elvis and Rod Stewart impersonators the last Thursday in every month. I have never been to one of these nights but I know this Rod can sing, he is the best, really sings just like the real thing, make sure you book early. We have never been charge a service charge, we like to leave a good tip, as its well deserved. We always come away full happy relaxed, as you always should at a good restrante. We have tried all the other Indian restaurants in Loughton and this one is far the best.
