Ashiana in Elland is in the Town Hall building, right in the heart of the town. Open daily from 4:30pm the restaurant serves Indian food. From 4:30 until 7 there is an early bird deal with two, two course meals for £15 (from a set menu).
Children are welcome, there are a few high chairs for younger diners. On Monday and Tuesday, kids under 12 can eat for free from the childrens menu when accompanied by two orders from the main menu.
Large groups can be catered for, but it's recommended that you book in advance.
There is a large vegetarian menu, alongside the usual curries made with vegetables there are options such as karahi paneer (paneer cooked with tomatoes, mustard seeds, cream and spirces or Bhindi Special (okra cooked with ginger, garlic, onions and tomatoes). Every Sunday there is an all you can eat buffet with a selection of the restaurants most popular dishes.
