Alyn Williams at The Westbury is the British chef's first solo project, having worked under Marcus Wareing and Gordon Ramsay. The restaurant serves a modern French inspired menu utilising British produce.
The 45 cover restaurant, which also offers private dining in the restaurant's "wine room", opens for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, and for dinner on Saturdays.
